Contacting the Committee
Our committee supports the members of the Society and helps ensure smooth running across all affiliated dojos. If you have a question about training, membership, or Society matters, the guidance below will help you reach the right person.
- General enquiries & unknown queries The Secretary is your first point of contact for any general questions or if you’re unsure who to speak to. Messages will be directed to the correct committee member.
- Membership, licences & insurance For membership registrations, licence renewals, insurance questions, and BAB documentation, contact the Licensing Officer.
- Technical Aikido guidance Technical questions should always go through your Sensei first. Instructors who need syllabus clarification or technical direction may contact the Technical Committee through the appropriate channel.
- Member representation Dojo Representatives act on behalf of the members of the Society, not dojo‑specific operations. They can raise member concerns, feedback, or suggestions to the committee.
- Governance & organisational matters The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson oversee Society direction, policy, and governance. They can be contacted for higher‑level organisational questions.
